After you reach out to us, our team will meet with you at our Display Village to find which place is best suited for you. Together we will get to know your needs and create a vision for your place.
If you want to go custom, our team gets to designing, showing you a 3D rendered visualisation of your place. You also select the colours, finishes and fixtures so we can finalise costings.
With the design locked in, our team starts on the paperwork and drawings for any required permits for your project and submit it for you. Once approved, we bring in the construction team.
Our off site modular construction method means faster build times so you can move in sooner! Our team schedule site works, transportation and installation of your place.
After installation is completed, we hand over any certifications and the keys and leave you to move into and enjoy your beautiful new place. Welcome Home!
